Warranty

All our puppies are (GUARANTEED FIVE (5 YEARS) against life-threatening genetic defects. To the best of my knowledge I am selling a healthy puppy. It will be deemed healthy by a licensed vet before its flight. Puppy must be taken to veterinarian within (4) business days of the pickup date of puppy. The purchaser must send me a copy of vets examination within 1 day of said appointment. You  can email it to me at  ( cndmc@hotmail.com  ).  FAILURE OF THIS WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF THIS GUARANTEE. If upon examination the puppy is found unsound at the time of sale, Happy Holler must be notified immediately after vet's examinations results. You may return the puppy ( within 72 hrs. ) at purchaser's expense for a full refund of purchase price of said puppy or of  an exchange of a puppy of equal or greater value my choice. Buyer pays all shipping cost. In the unlikely event that your puppy has a life-threatening defect Happy Holler must be notified immediately of the problem and have ( 2 ) reports from ( 2 ) different veterinarians stating the same problem (1- being Happy Holler's choice). No replacement or refund will be given on a deceased puppy without a Necropsy preformed by your State Lab to determine cause of death. No Necropsy preformed by a local veterinarian will be accepted.  An official report by the State Lab must be sent to me within 2 weeks of death of puppy. All expenses of the State Lab will be assumed by the  buyer. Purchaser is responsible for all for transportation cost of the replacement puppy. Purchaser is aware that there is no guarantee or warranty that the purchaser will be able to show or breed the puppy regardless of show or breeding potentials. Any male that has sired a litter or a female that has giving birth is no longer covered by this health guarantee. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE for Size, Color, Eye Color, Disposition, Parvo, Coccidia, Hypoglycemia, Guardia, Kennel Cough, any kind of Worms. These viruses and parasites which are common in puppies, can be contracted from soil such as pet areas, potty parks, yards, road sides rest stops, pet stores, boarding facility and many other places. Retained testicles and hernias are excluded from this guarantee. Retained testicles and hernias are not considered life-threatening . THIS GUARANTEE IS NON-TRANSFERABLE. Purchaser will keep the puppy current on all vet care including shots worming and heart worm prevention. We advise that it is a good idea to keep puppy separate from inside or outside dogs until the veterinarian has given the  puppy a clean bill of health. Your puppy is already micro chipped with AKC REUNITE MICROCHIP. Failure to register the puppy’s chip in your name within 30 days of receiving your puppy will VOID THIS CONTRACT COMPLETELY. The terms of this guarantee will not be honored unless they are given NuVet Vitamin Plus Immune System Builder for the entire guarantee period.
